More informers, i.e snitch
Another boy is coerced by informants working to earn their keep from the FBI and the Police. This time it is a Pakistani immigrant who is 23, he earned the conviction after ranting in an Islamic bookstore.

So much for building bridges with the community, but who cares, I think they are using what the Brits did in London to infiltrate the IRA.
